DELIVERY
Supply of Goods
When you purchase something from us we aim to dispatch the items within 3 working days. We aim to carry the stock so we can satisfy your order. However in the unlikely event that we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you and give you an estimate of delivery time and the option of splitting your order.
Combined Postage
The postage is calculated on the weight and size of package being sent. Where possible a combined postage cost will be calculated on multiple orders. Post is sent out 2nd class by Royal Mail. If you wish to purchase products and live further afield that UK mainland please contact us for a postage quote (with the exception of aerosol sprays as we are restricted in posting these beyond the UK mainland).
Packaging
We aim to package our products in recycled tissue paper and postage bags.
RETURNS
Return Policy
There is no refund or returns issued on digital products. If the physical goods purchased from us are faulty or defective in any way then we will either replace them or will refund you. If you have bought something that you decide that you no longer require and it is within 14 days of purchase, please return the goods in their original condition to us and we will refund back to you the costs of the goods. We may take up to 7 working days from your return arriving here to process your refund.
